Neil L. 0 Posted December 19, 2004 What lowering springs give the most comfortable ride - H&r or Eibachs when mated with Koni adj. susp. Also what lowering heights do these uprated springs achieve?
GIXXERUK 0 Posted December 19, 2004 h&r's with koni's 8)
chuck 0 Posted December 19, 2004 Eibachs are 25mm at front and 30mm at rear (as standard rear sits well high). H&R are 30mm all over. Eibachs are harsh, word is H&Rs aren't.

Supercharged 2 Posted December 20, 2004 mine are H&R and Blue!! Yeah, sorry thats right, I didn't make it very clear, the VR6 ones are green, everything else is blue... The Green VR ones seem to be about £20 cheaper...

Kevin Bacon 5 Posted December 20, 2004 Mike Edwards and Asim (Moonlight VR) are using H&R coillies. They're very good quality but probably a bit hard for some people....
alby 0 Posted December 20, 2004 anyone running H&R coilovers? how do they compare to the others? heard good tings. i had the height only adjustable ones on my old mk3 vr6.well pleased with them.no damping adjustment but imo it didnt need it,ride was fantastic.better than the konigsports i had on my mk1. i'll find out what colour the springs when ive contacted sts.mine are for a 16v/g60 not vr6.
