RAD WELD ?

Looks like my rad got a hole in it somwhere, this car is cursed gonna try some Rad weld 4 now. Any experiance with this stuff please let me know, i know its just a quick fix..

Yep definatly the rad, steam coming out the top, anyway rad weld did the job. looks like i gotta try and fix the heater now its freezin.

I woulden't use Rad Weld IMO, the thing is that it is a quick fix to seal a small leak, but in the long run it could remain in your system and might cause you further problems, such as blockages etc.

 

be a bit carefull when using this !

I have just used it on mine but, I was told that it wasa temporary fix which when I changed the radiator meant I would have to flush the system several times.

 

I don't think it is an issue as long as you make sure you do the flushing.
