what do you girls and guys think!!!!!

having a nightmare i can't make my mind up between a mk2 golf gti with a 2 litre conversion it's very nice and a good price or a 1.8 16v c i've had two 16v cs and two vr6's like everyone here just got thing for corrados but at the mo with my job i can easily easily cover 1000 miles a week, and i'm using a mk4 golf gti to do it it's fine but i don't want to loose money on it and to be honest hate it... soooooo boring... thought maybe you guys could help .......

yeah i do feel that is the way im going i don't want to spend anymore than 2 grand and i could get a really nice mk2 for that cheers for your input tho....

for that kinda milage I'd go with the Golf MKII too... purely on price...

 

You can pick up excellent condition golf 16Vs for not much cash at all, and then the running costs of a Golf are peanuts compared with Corrado running costs...

cheers buddy i know it makes sense just love my c's tho but yeah i forget how cheap mk2 running costs are, nice one

Got to be the mk2 gti for me too!!!

 

I ve had my £150 gti now for 9 months, and covered probably 8k miles in it, and hasn't let me down once and it's got over 250k on the clock now, cheap reliable and it's still fun to drive!!!! :)
