rmn 0 Posted January 26, 2005 I am just wondering are mk2 golf strut braces identical to corrado ones? i realise they probably are, but just want to be sure. thanks
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted January 26, 2005 Depends what Corrado you've got as there are throttle body, brake fluid resevoir and expansion tank clearance issues to consider. MK2 16V, 8V and G60 strut braces are all different, so it might be safer to get a corrado specific one.
rmn 0 Posted January 26, 2005 yeah i was looking at 16v one for a 16v g60 corrado i was on http://www.strutbracer.co.uk and they seem cheap
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted January 26, 2005 Yep that OMP one is good. I used the same one on my MK2 16V. Should do the trick! Can't believe the price though, I paid nearly double that for it a few years ago!

JBOB 0 Posted January 26, 2005 seen several rado's fitted with eibach braces, they look the dogs! I have Mk2 Golf Eibach brace on mine and a huge tube one (unknown make) in the back. Eibach are really good quality if your getting one.
