Riley 0 Posted January 31, 2005 alright. :D i just bought this de-cat pipe for the g60,the system is currently blowing from the cat anyway  when i fit this,do i need to adjust the fuelling etc some how? how realistic are the quoted power gains? and am i right in thinking ill have no probs mot wise? a mate used a gas anyliser on it yesterday, connected to a pipe in the bay and with a sensor disconnected. the c.o reading he got was 0.2%,and it does hunt a little bit at idle... it has a superchip, and what looks like an anodised/smaller??? pulley!? any comments/advice appreciated, neil.
Shilakadaddy 0 Posted January 31, 2005 Shouldn't have any issues with MOT.... thats about all I can answer  However the decat you bought looks a bit more bent than the other decat pipes I've seen (all 2 of them) so you may have some fitting issues... Riley 0 Posted January 31, 2005 ok guys ive just plugged my brain in  the lambda sensor should sort the fuelling? is that right? so nothing needs altering/changing? cheers, neil.
24V Renshaw 0 Posted January 31, 2005 Yep. Because the lambda is before the cat it makes no difference to the running of engine. All it does is free up the exhaust gasses a bit. So it should be fine. Jay

Shilakadaddy 0 Posted January 31, 2005 I'm gonna be bold and its probably for a VR6, but thats just a guess, and it might still fit anyway This is a picture of the Milltek pipe for the G60:
