Louie Lungbubble 0 Posted February 11, 2005 Not sure its got delivery miles as it was shipped to the UK with the rest of the Storms and then driven back to the Karmann museum for a Top Gear article back in 1995... It was that very episode which started my love affair with the things. Remember Tiff hanging out the window spouting stuff like "Get yours now, and wrap it up in cotton wool" Anyone still got it on tape ?
Henny 0 Posted February 11, 2005 Anyone still got it on tape ? I've lost count of how many times that question's been asked about that episode... :| That was the very episode which made me decide that when I graduated University, I was going to buy myself a Corrado... 8)(which I did! :D )

Jim 2 Posted February 11, 2005 I'm sure someone on here has confessed to having that Top Gear ep on tape - possibly A20 LEE - but it seems to be a bit of a problem getting off them and to the right people to put it on the net.. like our good friend Mr Dinkus :)
dinkus 10 Posted February 11, 2005 From what I've seen, the condition of Cs seems to vary hugely. However, it seems that the VRs and G60s have generally been better looked after than the poor old valvers that seem to get abused and neglected. And yup, if anyone does have Corrado footage that they want converting, send it my way... ;) Oh and Jim, you want your tape back sometime?
Jim 2 Posted February 11, 2005 Not in any hurry mate, and I assume MikeVR6 isn't - he recorded it specifically for me to encode a few years back, and hasn't asked for the tape back. And I don't really need it to be honest.. no VCR at home now! DVD or bust! :)

stevemac 0 Posted April 30, 2005 If there's more than 2000 G60s left on the roads I'd be VERY suprised... :(Approx 1400 UK spec G60's still registered with the DVLA ..
