stormseeker 0 Posted July 3, 2003 So, here it is... Andi - how come your ABS warning light is next to the headlamp switch? All other C's I've seen have it at the top of the switch pod to the left of the steering wheel. :?:
Andi 2,147,483,647 Posted July 3, 2003 Cos I have aircon, which takes up two slots at the bottom of the left button array with "Norm" and "Max" buttons - so the ABS was moved to the useless "Unleaded fuel" panel, it would seem. Or whatever is usually there in a late-spec C.
stormseeker 0 Posted July 3, 2003 Cos I have aircon, Now I'm even more confused - I thought those buttons were in the Cig Lighter trim surround towards the top? Ah well....
Andi 2,147,483,647 Posted July 3, 2003 Ollllld image here from when I first got the car.. You can just see the Norm/Max buttons...

cheesy 0 Posted July 4, 2003 Heres a pic of what i been playing with so far for my dials, not everyones tastes i know. still some more work to do as mine is 1.8 16v
Hans G60.nl 0 Posted July 4, 2003 ehmmm... so you'll need to change the rev counter to 8000 rpm... and... try to fade out the pictures... the sharp edge gives it a cheap look i think..
cheesy 0 Posted July 4, 2003 i'm just starting to use psp, thought i would give it ago on the dials of andi's and if they didn't seem to difficult to do. i was going to use the template for the 1.8 which i got from your link cheers, still playing. but i know what your saying, more practice and they should be sweet hopefully
Hans G60.nl 0 Posted July 5, 2003 try adobe photodeluxe home edition... it's quite easy understandable if you have no experience using any photo programme... or look http://www.photoshopjunkie.com/ for information how to use photoshop.. paint shop pro doesn't have as much possibilities

dazzyvr6 0 Posted July 28, 2003 but ive gone and fcucked my speedo uo,doesnt start working till i hit 20ish mph, with it being electronic is there any way of re-setting the speedo?
Andi 2,147,483,647 Posted July 28, 2003 Is it still accurate, or is it 10mph out? If still accurate, you may have pressed it too hard and it's just the friction of the needle and the paper stopping it. If 10mph out, get to the dials - pop off the needle, and replace it pointing at the bottom corner of the dial - if you sort of imagine it, its about 0mph. Make sure its firm, then bend it over the needle-stop. HTH.
