Storm 0 Posted March 20, 2005 I needed to replace my ac rad and decided to fit a new rad at the same time. This meant that the old brackets from the Diavia systems would not work. No header rail on the AKG rad The old metalwork skills are sort of still there, just wish I had the tools they had at school. I made this from 1.5mm thick aluminium. Anyone know if this will be strong enough? For the record if anyone with AC needs a new rad then if you dont buy O/E or the crap modine one you will have to do this. The plastic flap for airflow is not shown.
