Timo. 0 Posted April 1, 2005 Drill them!!!! OR hammer in the (size above) alley key into the bolt. Maybe even a few sizes bigger. Actually those spline keys are better for the job. stevemac 0 Posted April 1, 2005 Pass side - drill out the upper bolt & lever the carrier down to loosen the lower bolt. Drivers side - drill out the lower bolt & lever the carrier upwards to loosen the upper bolt. Alternatively, as Timo says - hammer a slightly oversized spline key into the allen bolt head, this will make the bolt easier to unscrew. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
