Slimbo 0 Posted May 5, 2005 Then why did shi@troens only have 3 bolts holding on their wheels?.... Because they're utterly shít cars that people with no clue about cars buy without thinking?
Guest Posted May 8, 2005 Want a scary story? VR6 wheels stay on with only one wheel bolt though I can't say for how long...... Had car serviced a few years back and mechanic was horrified to find one bolt missing, 3 VERY loose and just the locking nut holding the wheel on. Seems someone had tried to nick my wheels and I really woundn't know how long ago it might have been before the service. Car had been parked up outside in Aberystwyth over the previous weekend then driven back to Glos. (nice journey, lots of bends!!) for service the following weekend. I was paranoid for a bit and checked all bolts on returning to the car but don't do it any more
