Coolant ran out! What mixture of g12+ and water shoul i use?

I read the manual and it suggests that my coolant may have run out due to a radiator fan problem. My fan does not seem to work, in a previous post i pointed out a brown earth wire coming form the right side of the engine bay being disconcnected, was told this is the "radiator cut out fan".

 

Is this possible the reason for my leak???? And anyway, how much coolant shoul i mix with water????????? please/ thanks.

anyone? its a 94 2.0 16v?????? Coolant is empty, i need to know what mixture of water and coolant i need to put in?

I generally use a 2:1 mixture of water to coolant - you shouldn't use more than a 1:1 mix as it'll lose its cooling efficiency...

 

No idea about the cause of the leak though, but unless it's the head gasket you should be able to see white crystalline deposits where the coolant's escaping...

The G12+ bottles have instruction on them on the back label, it peels open like a book HTH

Protection to min twenty something on the G12 bottle is 2 parts coolant to 3 parts water.
