I think the top pic says it all.... chrome and gold plated bits everywhere....too much time and too much money...but awesome none the less!

 

At least he's got the show and the go....unlike some lesser tarted up engines.

The chrome on silver looks a bit silly, but they look good on dark cars... :lol:

 

I'd like some smoke/red ones I think, but I've seen the quality of the FK lights and they're not too hot.

 

I deffo need to get me some clear side-repeaters tho, the orange ones look poop on the silver.

It's not normally my thing either but it's the attention to detail that grabbed me and the fact it's turboed :twisted: The man has put 100 times the effort and passion into that 1 engine than VW would ever dream of sinking into an entire plant of engines. And that deserves mucho respect. And you can guarantee it's been fully blue printed and built micrometer perfect :wink:

Mind you, the metal needs to be meticulously clean before the chrome will adhere to it, so someone did some good prep work to get chroming that good.

 

No shards of poor chrome flaking off and ripping your skin from that bad boy....
