dinkus 10 Posted August 18, 2005 Which car do you have mate? MAF is a cylinder thing about 10cm long and 5cm diameter, with a plug on it. It'll be just after the air box. No idea on TPS tho...
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted August 18, 2005 TPS is on the throttle.... small black plastic 3 pin jobbie...

dinkus 10 Posted August 18, 2005 In that case, the MAF is on the top left corner of the engine bay as you look at it from the front of the car :) The throttle in the middle and slightly to the right at the top of the engine, just behind the pointy type bit... Kevin Bacon 5 Posted August 18, 2005 Do VRs actually have a TPS?
fla 9 Posted August 18, 2005 OK TPS as Kev says is on the side of the throttle body. Wheres the throttle body, well about left of centre from the back of the engine bay where you should be able to see a cable running towards the ground. That the cam that actually move the buttergly in the throttle. The TPS is a black rectangular box on the body to the left of the cable. It has a three wire connector running to it. Hope that hasnt confused you more!!!!
Timo. 0 Posted August 18, 2005 Do VRs actually have a TPS? yup, sure do. I've tested mine before to check it was behaving itself. T.
