Goofs and other probs with our Rado - Report

My mate on the organisation team for the Karmann visit in Osnabrück has lying in front of him the official project completion report on the Corrado, albeit without the well-guarded financial infos.

 

This nearly 30-page report does, however, detail all the problems encountered right from the very first pen-stroke in June 1981 till its belated market introduction as the Mk3 Rocco, for a short time called the Taifun, then finally labelled the Corrado.

 

I'm going to get one of those, but, of course, it's all in German :-)

Now that would be an interesting read, even though I don't speak a word of German!

 

Sounds like a little tasket for you when you get back tempest to translate that document into english!

 

I would love a copy of that and would happily cover your costs for producing one too

Sorry guys, but I normally charge to translate a 30-pager, especially as it's technical German, which isn't a 5-minute job to translate. This is a 1 hour per page, ie. 30-hour minimum job, unfortunately. I value my spare time messing about with my Roccos and Rados a wee bit too much for that.
