stingman123 0 Posted September 15, 2005 After blowing my engine up 4 months ago my Corrado is now back on the road, I managed to get another VR6 engine with only 2k more miles than my original engine. My question is this..... Do I now need to get it tuned etc? Everyone I've spoken to in the garages say that the ECU will adjust everything and there is no need to do anything. The new engine has 89000 miles on it and came directly out of another VR6 that had only been sat idle for @2 months, changed oil, plugs, collant etc....... Do I need anything else? Henny 0 Posted September 15, 2005 just the standard ECU reset procedure should sort it all out and get the engine and ECU into sync and running nicely... 8)

Kevin Bacon 5 Posted September 15, 2005 To reset the ECU, just pull the ECU plug. It's better than faffing around with the battery and losing all your radio and clock settings.
