bix 0 Posted September 20, 2005 As above really, will it fit straight on, and will it raise the compression? Cheers Ryan
Blue_Joe 0 Posted September 20, 2005 Different Head completely I think you'll find. It'll probably mount on but won't be up to much with the charger on it!
h100vw 0 Posted September 20, 2005 Same casting I think but G60 has sodium filled valves. Although I have heard that on BV heads they just fit one piece stainless ones anyway. The Compression is in the pistons not the head. Gavin
Carl 0 Posted September 20, 2005 hehe Chamber Volume The volume of the combustion chambers is the final factor in determining compression ratio. The larger the chamber, the more volume is added to the cylinder and the lower the compression ratio; smaller chambers reduce volume and increase the compression ratio
olly elworthy 0 Posted September 21, 2005 if it is off a pb eight valve it will fit fine, you just need to tap the m6 thrread near tha alternator in the front of the head to m8, and tap a thread in at the back for the bracket for the sender that attaches to the fuel rail
