Shaggy 0 Posted December 6, 2005 I ve got a set of rear powerflex bushes in my garage that have been sat there for a few months.... i am wanting to fit them pretty soon, bu ive been told there a bitch to fit the rear ones?? i ve done all the front ones which where a bit of a pain but ok... is this something i should get someone else to have a look at? h100vw 0 Posted December 6, 2005 The bad bit is getting the old bushes out. Cut the centre out of the bush and hacksaw through the sleeve. It depends on your facilities and endurance!! You could take the axle right off the car and have someone press out the old ones. The poly ones can be knocked in with a mallet and some grease. corradophil 3 Posted December 6, 2005 It's not as bad to do as I thought it would be. It's possible in a day without rushing.
