dinkus 10 Posted January 6, 2006 I've removed your double post and put this in it's own thread, so people will see it and hopefully reply. It sounds like you've probably got a jammed pulley somewhere that's chewing the belt up - loosen the tensioner and see if you can move all of the pulleys by hand.
