ozowen 2 Posted January 21, 2006 Hi first time on forum and hoping you guys and dolls out there can help. Short history, recently car has had new engine and anyway after that the gremlins have appeared. At first car had poor idle and kept stalling, VW Swindon rectified poor idle due to broken wires. Any how car still stalls but now more annoying as it is so intermittent its unreal. Trying to rectify has been nightmare, VAG Diagnostics been used but hasn't solved. So far we have changed Idle Valve - Crankshaft Sensor - Lamba sensor Car engine is standard except for K&N Induction Kit and Longlife Exhaust System (Cat Removed).
