does a golf eshaust system fit a corrado

i wish to transfer my full system scorpion ss exhaust from a my mk2 golf 16v onto my corrado 2.0 16v. can this be done. ive been told yes by some people and no by others. even if i can only fit the rear silencer ill be chuffed.

the exshaust on the the corrado is standard 2.0 16v type
