miss firing on middle 2 cylinders vr6

its been missing slightly a little bit when reaslly cold and damp be no problems after warming up. but yesterday its started running really lumpy. ive changed the plugs and the middle 2 where contaminated with pertol. It feels like it was only running on 4 cylinders. Obviously ive checked the leads and changed the plugs. Could it be anything else. how does the ignition work? I cant see a distributor. Could it be a fuel problem?

Coil pack ... there's three coils in one unit, obviously that means if you lose one of 'em you lose spark on two cylinders ...
