Is a LHD 24v engine essentially the same as a RHD one????

ive never even looked at em , but id say im 99.9% sure all engines are the same regardless of what side the wheel was on...the loom and downpipe maybe differant though

Dutch on here is putting a RHD 24v into a LHD rado so it looks like i should be ok
