PhatVR6 0 Posted May 26, 2006 The hose from the PS fluid reservoir that goes behind the battery, down to the tee peice. Only £48 +VAT... i don't think so...I'll just cut down an old heater matrix hose.
Blue_Joe 0 Posted May 26, 2006 Don't think you can actually use your old heater matrix hose as the PS fluid it corrosive and eat through that pipe. When I had to change my hoses to move away from the solid metal colling pipe when I had the FMIC fitted I bought some hose specifically designed for fluids such as PS from a proper hose supplier. Cost me about £5. I'd take a look in Yellow Pages and go from there. Better to be safe that sorry!!!! Also is it a hose that is under pressure?? I don't think it will be going from the resovior to the pump but also best to check as some of the PS pipes are under pressure and that again needs a different grade of hose! bcstudent 0 Posted May 26, 2006 Give Pirteka look; they've got hose for every occasion. They recently got me out of trouble with a replacement fuel pipe (with fittings) for a fiver.
