Riley 0 Posted September 8, 2006 How do guys... :) Pulled this from a mates rado g60 engined mk2 earlier,it was rammed in the isv pipe (from isv to boost return) its a one way valve, and it just says engine with an arrow.no vw part number. the internal diameter is a hell of a lot smaller than the isv pipe,so surely this would have had a detremental effect? hope someone knows what the crack is. :) Neil. W3RKD 0 Posted September 8, 2006 its used as a one way valve in the system to stop isv bleed.
Riley 0 Posted September 8, 2006 ahhhh, well bugger me  thought it may be sommet like that! strange though! as my mates motor is running standard charger/pully/chip etc and makes 8 psi...any thoughts? Cheers darren,Neil.
Furkz 0 Posted September 8, 2006 i think we will need a bit more detailed example before we can try and seek the correct conclusion. have you checked all the boost pipes for a start?
Riley 0 Posted September 8, 2006 it makes good boost for standard though furkz? Just cant understand why someone would want to use it? plus seems kinda botchy shoving the whole thing into the isv pipe, the pipe wasn't cut and then this placed in there...the whole thing was sat inside! :? the internal diameter on the ends is only 6mm!
