Mr_Rossy 0 Posted October 4, 2006 Whilst searchig the net for some coilovers for my VR6 I spotted these and thought what a good idea plus how cheap ! (with the dollar exchage rate being around 1.85) http://www.andysautosport.com/volkswage ... 41232.html M
Henny 0 Posted October 4, 2006 they're not full coilovers, they're just a spring and a collar to allow you to wind up/down the bottom plate for the spring... you still need a good set of shocks to go with these... They're an interesting idea, but, to be honest, I'd say you'd be better off buying a full set of proper coilovers than these... :|
dan 0 Posted October 4, 2006 They would be around 178GBP + P&P then, not bad. Some useful honest information on the site as well... makes a nice change.
Mr_Rossy 0 Posted October 4, 2006 Yeah Dan that was my opinion too. They'd be good if you wanted to use some fully adjustable koni's that you already had in the garage if you know what I mean !
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted October 4, 2006 I'm pro America at the moment. This country sucks for decent stock and service. With the exchange rate being so low at the moment, show the useless Brit suppliers the door and buy from America! I'm with Henny, just get proper coilovers.
