G60Jet 1 Posted January 1, 1970 When installing a new radio to the Corrado it is advisable to check that the stereo being fitted does not use a speed sensitive volume control like the VW ones. it has been found that some aftermarket radio will stop the spoiler from working. to stop your spoiler from being disabled by and aftermarket radio, remove the Blue and White Wire (on my G60) from the Power ISO lead. You may not need to remove it as the stereo may not have a metal socket where that pin goes into the radio.
Andi 2,147,483,647 Posted December 12, 2002 If the speed sensor is linked to the stereo somehow, where is the sensor for the spoiler actually situated? Speedo? ECU? Might help "too hot"'s message here.
