Help with HORN Please!

Hi all can someone please assist have a 95m VR6 mk3 golf

 

the problem is the horn isn't working cheacked all fuses etc all fine! it had a standard steering wheel has anyone got any ideas.

Check both contact connections under the horn push, it should just pull up...

check the horn wiring in the steering wheel. Mine used to always come off, which made road rage incidents even more infuriating.

i'd check the horn on the battery first , before getting too involved make sure it actually works

hi guys just to bring this back up its defdo not connection on the steering wheel as when i push the horn from both sides i can hear the actuator near the fuse box clicking like it does for the window wipers etc.

 

so any other ideas where is the horn and how do i test now!

Have you checked the fuse ? And I assume you have an airbag in your car do you dude?

hi walesy hows you? I've checked all fuses mate! have a passenger air bag not sure if theres one in the steering whell but its a standard vag wheel so i guess there is!
