gollfy 0 Posted February 1, 2007 Think I have already asked this question but want to be sure before I part with any hard earned cash. The g/f's Corrado 2.0 8V seems to be losing/burning more oil than the Exxon Valdez  . It's only done 97k so am going with the oil seals being kn@ckered. Now the engine code is ADY and after a bit of research, that particular engine was used in the following vehicles Vento 2.0 95-98 Passat 2.0 94-96 Sharan 2.0 95 on Toledo 2.0 95-99 Ibiza 2.0 95-98 Alhambra 2.0 96 on Cordorba 2.0 96 on Golf 2.0 94-95 Now I have been offered a couple of cylinder heads, one being from a 2.0 vento (not sure of year) and the other from a 92 MK3 Golf Gti. Now all they can tell me is that the engine code is 2E for the Vento and Golf. Although these heads will have a different engine code.(i think) Will I be safe fitting one to my Corrado? Thanks again Dave
