andycowuk 0 Posted October 20, 2003 Hi Does anyone know of garages with VAG COM in the Edinburgh area who will charge less that the stealer? (£80) The guy in the stealer also tried to tell me that the ABS warning light has nothing to do with whether there is fluid in the system - I think this will make the ABS a little unhappy and inhibbit its performance a touch!! I dont know that there even is an ABS prob just yet, car was bought with ABS light on, but the brakes were desperately needing bled, and the discs and pads were warped like a crincle cut crisp and about half the thickness!!!! 16VG60 1 Posted October 20, 2003 Andrew, i use VAG-COM system myself and part of buying into this product involves giving details of your location. Perhaps you might try logging onto the VAG-COM site and sending them a mail, asking them to put you in touch with a suitably equiped garage.
