Supercharged 2 Posted February 8, 2007 What mk3 and what Corrado engine????
quicky1980 0 Posted February 9, 2007 sorry forgot to mention, VR6 ones.
peanut 0 Posted February 9, 2007 The fans are the same albeit the wiring plug. The rad is totally different. If youre doing a vr converiosn into a radoyoull also need the rado top hose for the rad.
CorradoVR6-Turbo 0 Posted February 9, 2007 The fans on a MK3 are moulded in a large plastic housing that's almost part of the slam panel, nothing like the VR ones so nothing will fit without some serious mods.
bigpants baby 0 Posted February 9, 2007 I have a 1996 vr fan set up with the bigger style corrado vr type fan. You could could the plastic rad subframe down & use that,I had the deeper golf vr rad on my car for couple of years.
Laughingboy 0 Posted February 9, 2007 The rad in a MK3 is inset and clipped into a massive plastic slam panel but you can just remove it. once out its like any normal rad. Its not moulded in at all  I shoud know, my last run around was a vento commonly refered to as the Club slag! it had a thing for eating radiators!

Laughingboy 0 Posted February 9, 2007 my bad,so will it fit a Corrado? Not really, just notice you mentioned the fans! they are moulding in!! x 10! As for the rad fitting the rado, I'll check etka and see what the oracle has to say!
Laughingboy 0 Posted February 9, 2007 Wel according to Etka, the rad from a mk3 has the outlets in a different spot so thats a no go as well. bit of a bummer all round really...
