jonnyboyo 0 Posted February 22, 2007 The lamp and warning buzzer seem to have a mind of there own. On some journeys they come on and on others they don't. Oil & water levels are spot on and the car drives fine. Bizzarely, if i give the full beam a quick flash the buzzer stops. Then starts again! Which sensor would i need to replace if any, and where is it located in the engine bay? Prices & part numbers would be cool too. My car is a 1990 1.8 valver with 122k on the clock. Your infinite wisdom is much appreciated :notworthy:

jonnyboyo 0 Posted February 22, 2007 CRASHER--as far as i'm aware the matrix aint leaking. No funny smells or leaks and the heaters work like a blast furnace. Not sure if the matrix was done b4 my ownership though. Is there a link there then mate?? DUB-- Ok will do, but where is it?!! and is there just one? There is a white sensor and a brown sensor on the oil filter mount, are they the ones?
mattnorgrove 0 Posted February 26, 2007 Mine has started doing this again recently and having read this thread, i tried a quick flash of the main beam and the bleeping/flashing stopped!!! Curious though crasher, what would the heater matrix have to do with it? Mine is about to give up i reckon as the heater aint what it used to be!! Cheers and TTT!!!
