Jim Bowen 1 Posted July 17, 2007 was driving the car quite hard lastnight and the oil temp got up to 122c, i've never had it about 118c before, so slowed down and turned heating on full till it went down, which it did quite well is that normal? what kinda temps should get you worried? water wasn't much over 105c Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Personally I've never got mine over 110 and that's effectively what can be classed as track driving (IOM TT Mountain Road).
