Will MK4 R32 brakes fit a VR?

As the title suggests. My car has 7.5x17 et 35 BBS RX.

Is there no chance or could it be done?

i doubt it mate, they are massive brakes 340mm if i remember right?? plus the callipers are miles bigger than the TT312's. but you be the guinea pig for us all, and let us all no how you get on though :)

Ah i see. I was under the impression that the calipers were virtually the same as the 312's except they are twin piston.

I yeah i thoguht they have the same carriers, possibly the best place to reseach would be audi forums cos alot of the a4,a3 t's etc came with 312's so might well be a common upgrade... intreigued though as i've just got similar sized wheels and like karl have the 312's :D

PhatVR6 had them on his Corrado, so they will fit.

 

You do need at least 17s to clear them but no idea what kind of spacers etc you may need tho...
