Aphix 0 Posted October 24, 2007 So I just bought a Corrado. This guy did some previous tuning to the engine including the stage four g-lader rebuild and chip. Ends up he put on a 63 mm pulley! It was rebuilt about 10 to 15k miles ago he claims so I have a feeling if I dont put a bigger pulley on I'm gonna have a rebuilder, or even worse, blown g-lader on my hands. Where can I find a 68mm pulley at?
Supercharged 2 Posted October 24, 2007 Welcome to the forum! G-werks is the place, best off getting the charger checked out tho if it's been running a 63mm for 15k's...
Aphix 0 Posted October 24, 2007 Hey thanks. And the only problem with sending it to g werks is I live in central united states haha. Lincoln, Nebraska.

Aphix 0 Posted October 24, 2007 Are there any surefire signs or things I should look for to gauge its need for a rebuild?
Supercharged 2 Posted October 24, 2007 Not really tbh ( or you don't want it to get to that stage really) If it is a 63mm then 20k Miles is about the max you want to do before a rebuild for peice of mind... G-Laders are reliable, they just need regular maintenence!
