Fifty quid or so worth of parts and 2 or 3 hours labour, so it depends mainly on the labour rate, but I can't see many garages doing it for less than a couple of hundred. That's assuming the head isn't warped.

Get a genuine VAG layered metal gasket, not a pattern one, much stronger.
