17" X 7.5" 45 ET Will They Work?

Ive just ordered some wheels which are 17" x 7.5" with a 45 offset. I was just wondering if these would work with out fitting spacers?

 

The car is only lowered on Koni adjustable shocks with H&R springs, which I think is around 35-45mm.

for comparison, 17x7.5 bbs wheels are et35 which are fine - you're only 1cm out on that and so i would have thought that you'd be ok as long as you're on 205/40 tyres and not rallying? :)

Well hopefully they will be ok, Im just concerned that they will sit to close to the front struts?
