Baz2004 0 Posted February 2, 2008 I need to fit one of these on the drivers side it came up in my MOT recently, has anyone advice on how to fit this? Jim Bowen 1 Posted February 2, 2008 did them on mine, quite simple really, just undo the track rod end and it slides on over the track rod. part no for the boot: 357422831B = £12.05 + vat each another VW rip-off i also bought the clips to go with it, but couldn't get them to work so used cable ties which seemed to work just as well and much easier to fit. its also advised you get the steering gear grease: AOF06300004 = £5.71 + vat Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
