Do a Syncro system suport 500HP?

I allready upgraded my G60 C with a syncro system (from a '91 Passat) and I'm preparing my C for over 500 BHP from a VR6 engine base: 3.0L overbore, Garret T60-1, forged pistons(Wiseco), conrods (Panchi), rods (ARP), 440 ccm injectors, Sachs Racing Clutch stage III etc. I allready bougt a VR6 syncro gear box (CSR), but I want to know:

Do this Syncro system (VR6 gearbox+VC+G60 syncro rear dif) suport 500HP?

Which part is weak?

Nope syncro maxes out at 300bhp, anything else and you will be on borrowed time.

The 02A gearbox isn't that strong, can only take about 350whp reliabley.

 

These guys aren't far from you and make very strong gearsets for the 02A :-

800whp no problem. But the gear casing might shatter.

 

02M is the strongest box.

 

I know of someone putting over 400hp through a Rallye synchro with no problem so far.....

bear in mind haldex is not compatible with 02A...
