easypops 8 Posted March 16, 2008 A friend of mine had a polo.....older shape mk3 i think....during the summer he parked the car up for the day and took the underground to work.....sunny day in glasgow (rare) and the kids set off a fire hydrant.....so water on his car all day.....when he got back to it the water was at the steering wheel :D must have came in through the vents or thereabouts.......anyway drained the water and after a wee while we towed it away and it bump started no worries.....only damage was the transponder didn't work so car wouldn't start normally......big button from JCB fitted under shelf above pedals and all was well.....kick start polo 8) Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
