samsgolf 0 Posted April 24, 2008 I opened my wallet before engaging my brain. Having fitted a large intercooler, I now have no room to fit the 26 row remote oil cooler! What are the general thoughts on putting an oil cooler where the original intercooler used to be? Sam
timg60 0 Posted April 24, 2008 Best place for it IMO. Then drill some holes in the wheel arch to let the air flow through. Will be doing the same on mine when funds allow/something else dosnt break :D

samsgolf 0 Posted April 24, 2008 Excellent, looks like I will have to get some longer pipes but my oil cooler now has a home. Thanks for the reply Sam
JMC 0 Posted April 25, 2008 Yep, I've fitted mine down there as well. Loads of space, and easy to drill holes in the wheel arch liner to let loads more air through. There are some pics in my gallery thread if you're interested.
