kaiserVR6 0 Posted May 30, 2008 right as some maybe aware i have had some troubles of late with my C. After having the bottom cam shaft pulley, the ajoining anxilary pulley, cam belt, Head gasket, Distributor cap, Distributor rotor replaced i am now in a position where there is a sensor which is showing a fault, but i'm buggered if i can find it......... The water and oil temperature are staying steady on the car, and everything is running well, better than ever in fact but the red light on the water temp is flashing, it starts off ok and then flashes after 2 minutes of the car running........ the coolant levels is fine and there is no leak on the system..... SOMEONE ANYONE, PLEASE HELP ITS DRIVING ME MAD :censored:
davidwort 0 Posted May 30, 2008 does it flash if you bridge the pins on the coolant level sensor connector for the expansion tank?

davidwort 0 Posted May 30, 2008 just rules out a problem with the level sensor in the tank that's all.
