pete_griff 0 Posted July 15, 2008 Hey all i'm going to be buying some VF engine mounts for my VR when i do my conversion. only things is - looking at my subframe, the rear mount has only two bolts either side, not three like on the VF mount... has anyone fitted these before and do you know if they will just go straight on... if you look in my old thread you can see some pics of my subframe - just in case i have a weird subframe or something unfortunate like that... viewtopic.php?f=23&t=62818 cheers Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Toad 0 Posted July 15, 2008 I'd buy a mk2 deisel golf gearbox mount, muchos cheaper and will function pretty much the same. The gearbox mount should have 2 holes each side, the rear engine mount is different, but I can't picture it off the top of my head. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
