Dude VR6 0 Posted October 12, 2008 Hi I`m having a problem with my drivers window. Its stopped working, you can still hear the motor working but there is no movement in the window. Is this a common fault ? I think that the regualer is jammed and stopping the window from working. I had a quick look yesterday but soon gave up as I couldn`t be ased. Any idea`s ? Valerian 0 Posted October 12, 2008 If the motor in that same door is running but the window is not moving then a drive cable has probably snapped. Usually if the window cannot move because of an obstacle the fuse will blow. So from what you describe i'de say snapped cable. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
