Saint Tricky 0 Posted October 16, 2008 Hi Not been able to find a definite answer to this. I'm going to make myself a 4 way adaptor to fit an oil pressure gauge sender and temp gauge sender to my G60. (CNC turner/miller by trade) 4 way because I'll need to temporarily remove a sender from my car, have a male M10x1 thread on the adaptor and 3 female threads to accomodate the original sender and the 2 new ones for the gauges. (phew!are you bored yet?) My question is this (knew I'd get there in the end)....where is the best location for this? The only real options are the oil temperature sender on the filter housing or the supercharger feed line port on the side of the head. It makes no difference to me which I use as I'm making the part to fit, just want to chose the best one really. Cheers ST

Saint Tricky 0 Posted October 17, 2008 At least it will be out the the way down there. Does it make any difference which port I use on the filter housing? Would like to use the one closest to the front of the car really. ST
jonny-5 0 Posted October 17, 2008 You can get a filter housing with 3 tapped (M10) holes in as standard that will fit into a 4 cyl, can't remember what you get them off but I can check the part number if you want.
