by being towed I mean, if I (unfortunately) had an accident an were catched under a truck... and needed to be pulled backwards...

sadly if u were under a truck i think ure rear bumper would be the least of ure problems....

gettin rid of it would even it up, dont think it would matter too much tho.

as for the 4".....its up to u at the end of the day like

im tempted to do the opposite and get rid of my exhaust cutout!!

the bumper looks good, gettin it all smooth is a pain, give it a guide coat with gloss black before painting, gloss black will show up any ripples badly, therefor showing you if it needs smoothing. good luck!

Not bad mate, looks like the right (as looked at from the back) side needs lowering a bit and both pipes properly centered in the cutouts.

Good effort for home-made!

The right one doesn't look centred to the cutout, or is that just because the bumper isn't bolted up? Good effort though matey, just too big for my liking :D Get finished pics up ASAP!

I think both side are ok but might need centering. Then only thing is the left side one is a little more outside than right one... but now it is fully soldered so it won't be possible to adjusiting it any more :(

Good effort with the bumper, looks really tidy. I'm doing the opposite, filling in all the holes

yea Im going to try

if you are going to use an iron soldering tool, take care not to make the plastic so hot because it will break sooner...
