KipVR 1 Posted November 20, 2008 No not yet i'm afraid, will be in the next two weeks, but if you need to know now ask KADVR6 he's got Seat brembos with Seat brackets on at the moment I think, and RC's which are very similar clearance wise. :D
VAG-hag 0 Posted November 20, 2008 Yeah I know Karls setup.... your AM ones a similar size then? I thought from memory that RCs are a little more forgiving than other BBS wheels? Just going to have to bite the bullet arent I?? After all I have a set of OZ super Ts which I could slap on there but really like my RXIIS...... how come 2 weeks? nosey arent I? Toad 0 Posted November 20, 2008 I was thinking about these the other day, was sat outside the bank when a brand new DB9 parked up next to me. Absolutely stunning :luvlove:
KipVR 1 Posted November 20, 2008 Yeah too right, would have been nice if my calipers had arrived with the rest of the car bolted on!!
corozin 0 Posted November 24, 2008 My poor Brembos look like they've done the Le Mans 24h race. They're battered, caked in dust and there's even a bit of overspray where I've quickly touched up the satin black paint on my wheels. I don't think setting the pads alight every time I've tracked it at Castle Combe has done a lot for the finish either  In fact they're like the rest of the car really, but I'd rather have them looking abused... hardcore :D
zak 0 Posted December 6, 2008 kip are your calipers the same as the boxster fronts/996 rears? i measured the clearance on my ch's today and they have 54mm from hub face to inner spokes so i may go brembo sooner sather than later.
KipVR 1 Posted December 6, 2008 They are a very similar design, the Porsche ones being slighlty lighter, but they can't take a 30mm disc. But if you are using the Seat Disc (28mm) you shouldn't have any problems.
