Supercharged 2 Posted January 2, 2009 Bit worrying- what brand of disk?? Sure the wheel bolts are not too long? I would get a thread restoring kit to clean the threads with (M12x1.5mm for 4 Stud) or replace the bolts New disc will be way cheaper than helicoiling - even after new bearings etc

bosshogg 0 Posted January 4, 2009 UPDATE I decided to fit standard rear disc and bearings to get over problem. re thread the disc wheel bolt holes is probebly not a safe option
Toad 0 Posted January 4, 2009 I suppose if you make sure you put the locking wheel bolt in that hole, then you'll minimise risks. But still.
