12 DEG BEN 0 Posted March 20, 2009 Im giving some serious thought into going 24v and am wondering what my current set up would fetch. Just trying to sort out the costs right now. My vr6 has lots of tuned parts but I took the 268s out of it because they felt lumpy around town. What would I get for a Schrik big valve head on standard cams, Lightened bottom end, Polished intake manifold, alloy baffled sump and a large throttle body fetch. I know these things are based on condition and shes fond of oil which Im putting down to valve stem oil seals but I dont particularly want to crack it open and fix them myself. 12 DEG BEN 0 Posted March 20, 2009 It did 20k with a former owner and about 25k with me. I believe you were the recipient of the 268s also. It really is just a sounding out, money counting thing at the minute. Something for the summer maybe. My cars gone from being a TOY/commute to a COMMUTE/toy.
