VR6 0 Posted May 16, 2009 You can edit your post/title using buttons above. Have a look in the sticky threads in the Engine Bay forum - TONS of info on each route.
Walesy 0 Posted May 16, 2009 http://www.rk-engineering.co.uk/ I wouldn't use anyone else mate. EDIT - I've just had a wee look and there doesn't seem to be an address for them on their website  They're in St Agnes mate, and they have courtesy cars if you book in advance. The_Dude 0 Posted May 16, 2009 How much power? Are you going to do any of the work yourself? New or second hand? How deep are your pockets? :) But I'd say 2 grand at least for parts and remap. Most of the second hand chargers I've seen for sale recently have been going for £1500-2k and then a remap will be needed.
ANDREW 30 0 Posted May 16, 2009 Cheers for all the info guys! How odd is that a tuner that is'nt 300 miles from me, makes a refreshing change! I'm not sure i'd be confident enough to undertake the work myself, i'll have to get reading to see how complicated it all is! Where would be the best places to look for good secondhand chargers or turbos?

VR6 0 Posted May 17, 2009 Ok curiosity has finally got the better of me - what's the point building such a crazy spec VR when Jersey is about 24 square inches and restricts you from driving any quicker than my nan can walk with a full load of shopping? I'm not for one minute 'questioning' it as it's your car, your money etc but it must just be really frustrating more than anything ... ?
_leon_ 0 Posted May 17, 2009 assuming the vast majority of that 2k mileage was spent on the mainland stretching its legs :)
