how hard is it to remove subframe.

hey all, was just wondering how hard it is to remove the subframe from a 1.8 16v. what things to i have to consider when removing and replacing?

im used to old veedubs(1972 camper) and in the last few years have just started newer cars (well new to me). and not yet tackled the subframe removal so any info would be great. cheers :salute:
